🎂 Celebrate Colorado’s 150th birthday at Denver Union Station with Spirit of the Centennial State: a full day of FREE, family-friendly festivities honoring the culture, history, music, and flavors that make Colorado iconic.
From 11 a.m.–5 p.m. on Saturday, August 1, guests can enjoy live performances, cultural experiences, and family-friendly fun throughout Denver Union Station and the plaza.
This event also supports Fire Adapted Colorado, who works toward wildfire mitigation, adaptation, and resilience throughout Colorado. Round-ups will be available throughout the Station, or Donate Here.

Explore Colorado-inspired bites from Denver Union Station’s celebrated dining destinations, each showcasing the state’s rich culinary heritage. Elevate your experience with the optional Colorado Cocktail Trail, featuring handcrafted cocktails made with Colorado spirits and locally inspired ingredients. Guests who purchase either experience will receive a tasting passport to collect stamps at each participating stop.
Both the Taste of Colorado and Colorado Cocktail Trail are optional ticketed add-ons to this free, family-friendly community celebration.
