Fitness on the Plaza
Start your morning with a sense of community and wellness as our Fitness on the Plaza series returns on Saturdays, starting June 1st! Each session features a local instructor, boutique gym or fitness class, engaging the community to gather, socialize, and prioritize health and wellness before the Craft Market throughout the Summer season. Fitness categories range from a variety of structured classes with minimal equipment, such as Yoga, Barre, and Cycling.
Each class will be FREE to the community, but space is limited, so please register through each class link to secure your spot. Due to classes being outdoors, in the event of inclement weather (e.g. rain, snow, or hazardous conditions), the class may be canceled with little notice. We will do our best to notify you within 24 hours. For updates in real-time, please follow @denverunionstation on Instagram, and be sure to check the class sign-up link for updates.
Don’t forget to dress in appropriate workout attire, and bring your own yoga mat and bottled water!

Introducing Kat Gonzalez, your guide to an electrifying workout experience! ? Originally from the bustling borough of Queens, NY, Kat brings three years of industry expertise to every session. Her favorite workout move, the Dumbbell Bench, reflects her dedication to strength and endurance training. Fueling her workouts with bass-heavy EDM or pop punk tunes, Kat creates an energizing atmosphere that pushes you to new heights. Inspired by her mother’s wise words, “No te dejes caer” (don’t let yourself fall), Kat embodies resilience and determination in everything she does. A rotating series of Spin and Barre classes will be offered, beginning promptly at 8:00 a.m. on Saturdays before the Craft Markets at Denver Union Station. The series will run weekly (excluding July 13th), beginning June 1st through July 27th, on Terminal Bar Patio in front of Denver Union Station.
All classes will be FREE to the community but space is limited, so please register through Eventbrite to secure your spot. Waivers will need to be signed on property before classes.

JULY 6th- Cardio Dance Class, BLOCK21 FITNESS
BLOCK21 Fitness offers cardio dance classes that bridge the gap between working out and having a dance party.
Our classes don’t require any previous experience and include all types of people and fitness levels. Our goal is to make you feel good in your body while getting sweaty and shaking your booty. We welcome all levels and promise you’ll leave sweaty and smiling.
