Grand Illumination 2024

 

The annual Grand Illumination event will feature an expanded lineup of family-friendly entertainment of classic holiday hits by the Denver Dolls, a visit from Santa & Mrs. Claus, and the grand highlight of the evening—the lighting of the station’s outdoor 40-foot-tall Christmas tree that features more than 7,000-holiday lights. The tree lighting ceremony will begin promptly at 6:10 PM.

 

Events at this year’s Grand Illumination will include:

· Favorite holiday songs performed by Youth On Record and the Denver Dolls

12:00 pm – 12:45 pm: DJ Danac

12:45 pm – 1:30 pm: Jaren Jackson

1:30 pm – 2:15 pm: DJ Danac

2:15 pm – 3:00 pm: Max Moore Quartet

3:15 pm – 4:00 pm: Max Moore Quartet

 

DENVER DOLLS on Terminal Bar Patio:

4:00 pm – 7:00 pm : Denver Dolls

 

Other Activities Include:

· Decorate Cookies with our new friends from Olive & Finch to put a sweet touch on the night.

·  Balloon artist from Merry Makers

· Seasonal beverages from Terminal Bar on an extended patio with exceptional views of the Station and the Main Stage.

· Experience a truly magical ride with a sneak peek of RTD’s brand new Winter Bus!

· Warm up with a specialty hot chocolate – spiked for adults and filled with yummy candy additions for the kids! – from Milkbox Ice Creamery.

· Get your coffee fix from Pigtrain Coffee Co., who will be serving spiked coffees to warm your spirit.

· Embrace the Christmas spirit with Mercantile Dining & Provisions Holiday Popup Bar (Open from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm)

· Spice up your night with Ultreia’s Spanish inspired Hot Chocolate con Churro on their patio all night long!
