Join Mercantile for a special one-night-only dinner on Thursday, October 24 to celebrate the restaurant’s 10th anniversary! The evening will feature an over-the-top menu of dishes created especially for this occasion by past Mercantile kitchen team members and Seidel’s chef friends from across Colorado and the country.
The 10th Anniversary celebration night starts at 6:30 PM with passed appetizers, followed by a five-course seated dinner. A special selection of wines by the glass and bottle, as well as a curated cocktail menu, will be available.
The event will be hosted by Chef Seidel and Mercantile’s current Executive Chef Alex Grenier, who will be in the kitchen alongside a number of notable chefs, including:
