Led by Executive Chef Alex Grenier in collaboration with Founding Chef Alex Seidel, the restaurant offers a lunch experience with a two-course Prix Fixe menu and wine pairing or à la carte options. Dinner features seasonal dishes inspired by local growers and artisans. Mercantile welcomes guests for lunch, happy hour, and dinner, Monday through Saturday, from 11 AM to 9 PM.
